Exchange and Return Policy
I want you to feel comfortable purchasing my works in case something unexpected happens...
Do not worry!!
Check it out here, if everything is in accordance with our policy you will be safe from any occurrences described here.
- According to the Consumer Protection Code, you have up to 7 days to regret the purchase you made.
- In case of withdrawal of the product , you will bear the cost of shipping to return the product.
It is also important to note that the packaging and the product must be intact so that you can exchange or refund the amount paid.
- For product exchanges , you can choose any other product of equal or greater value, upon payment of the difference and return shipping cost.
It is still essential that the product to be exchanged returns in perfect condition , as mentioned above.
- Your painting will arrive with you properly transported with all the care that a Work of Art needs, but if your product still breaks on the way or has any defect, we will exchange it urgently and at no cost to you.
For chargebacks/refunds, product analysis upon return is required.
If the conditions are kept in perfect condition, within 3 working days the full refund of the amount paid will be made.
